| Genetic information | The murine Hgf cDNA cloned in the pBI-eGFP vector was used to generate the bidirectional Hgf-TetO-GFP responder transgenic line. After breeding of homozygous mice with alphaMHC-tTA mice the double transgenic mice express HGF and GFP in the heart. |
