Genetic informationThe line was obtained by microinjection of a circular human BAC transgene (RP11-64B17) previously modified by recombineering at the ATG of the CD19 gene of a rabbit-b-globin intron-CreERT2 cassette followed by a flipped PGK-Tn5-Kana/NeoR cassette. The genetic background of the fertilized oocytes was C57BL/6J-SJL/J. The founder was then backcrossed in a C57BL/6J genetic background. The subline 61.2 was analyzed and cryopreserved. The information available on the characterization of the line, e.g. expression analysis, histology, paper reference, is available on the web page linked here.
