Information from provider

ProviderEric Vivier
Provider affiliationCNRS-INSERM-UNIVERSITE DE LA MEDITERRANNEE-U631, Centre D'immunologie Marseille-Luminy
Genetic informationA cassette encoding IRES and cre recombinase was inserted just after the STOP sequence of the Ncr1 gene into the 3-prime UTR non-coding sequence. All the Ncr1+ (NKp46+) NK cells express cre recombinase.
Phenotypic informationThere is no significant phenotype.
Breeding historyThese mice are on a C57BL/6 background. The mice were crossed with a flp-expressing transgenic mouse to remove the neomycin selection cassette, then the progeny was crossed with a C57BL/6 mice to remove the flp transgene.
