Information for Industry Users

According to the EMMA general conditions, EMMA material is provided for non-commercial research and teaching purposes only. Requests from for-profit users will be forwarded to the original producers of the mouse strain so that requestor and producers can negotiate about conditions of transfer. EMMA puts commercial requests on hold until a licensing agreement is in place between producer(s) and requestor. Any Material Transfer Agreements that might be attached to this order confirmation do not apply for commercial users. Once the EMMA node distributing the strain receives approval from the producer(s), the request will be serviced.

In addition to any license fee paid to the strain producer(s), the commercial user will need to pay the EMMA service fees to the distributing EMMA node.
