1 and 2-cell Cytoplasmic Microinjection

There are many approaches used for the generation of CRISPR-Cas9 edited mouse models, such as microinjection technology. This course will provide 1-to-1 tailored and hands-on training in embryo harvesting, sorting, set up and operation of microinjection rigs and introducing CRISPR-Cas9 reagents to embryos using the cytoplasmic microinjection technique.

There will also be a demonstration of surgical embryo transfer, and the opportunity to meet and discuss your specific requirements with experts in IVF technology, CRISPR-Cas9 design and mouse colony management.
