There are no homozygous mice.

Heterozygous:
The mice have no overt phenotype. Htt-positive aggregates are present in the brain by 2 years of age.
Breeding historyThis line arose spontaneously from R6/2 line with a CAG repeat of 250. It has been maintained by crossing onto wild-type (C57BL/6J x CBA)F1 females.
