Information from provider

ProviderRozen Le Panse
Provider affiliationCentre de Recherche en Myologie, UMRS 974 - Sorbonne Université/INSERM
Genetic informationTransgenic mice with the mouse Cxcl13 (C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 13) transgene expressed in all keratin 5-positive epithelial cells. The transgene is inserted on the chromosome X.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
Homozygous mice did not exhibit a particular phenotype and appeared similar to wild-type (WT) mice as they grew up and bred as WT mice. They overexpressed Cxcl13 in keratin 5-positive cells.
