Information from provider

ProviderFred W. Perrino
Provider affiliationXimbio
Genetic informationMutant mice were generated on a 129S6/SvEvTac background using an allelic replacement strategy.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
Unknown

No phenotypic differences were observed.
Breeding historyIntercrossing of R114H mice with wild-type mice yielded the expected Mendelian ratios, moreover, R114H male and female mice are fertile and no defects in any organs studied have been observed. Animals are reproductively mature at 6-8 weeks of age and a decline in reproductive performance can be observed from 8 months of age.
