Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

ProviderAndreas Zimmer
Provider affiliationInstitut für Molekulare Pychiatrie
Genetic informationThe murine Dagla gene is located at chromosome 19 and comprises 20 exons. In the B6.Cg-Daglatm1.1Zim (or Dagla fl/fl) line the first exon and a sequence encompassing about 1 kb at the 5´end of the first exon is flanked by loxP sites. Depiction of the cloning and knock-out strategy is shown in Fig.1 of Jenniches et al., Biol Psychiatry, 2015.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
The B6.Cg-Dagla (or Dagla fl/fl) line is undistinguishable from C57BL/6J wild-type mice in the open-field, hot-plate and fear conditioning paradigms.

Heterozygous:
Heterozygous mice were not tested.
Breeding history10 generations on C57BL/6J.
