Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

ProviderKamel Benlagha
Provider affiliationImmunology, IRSL-Inserm U1160
Genetic informationThe coding sequence for EGFP, including the stop codon, was inserted into exon 1 of Rorc (gamma-t, RORgt) in place of the endogenous ATG translation start codon, on a 200-kb BAC (Invitrogen) carrying at least 70 kb of sequence upstream of the Rorc (gamma-t) translation start site. Pronucleus of FVB/N fertilized eggs were used, and transgenic mice were backcrossed 10 times to C57BL/6 mice.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
Cells expressing RORgt are GFP-positive.

Heterozygous:
Cells expressing RORgt are GFP-positive.
Breeding historyMice were generated on FVB/N background, backcrossed 10 times to C57BL/6 and, from the C57BL/6 background, backcrossed in our laboratory more than 15 times to mice on a BALB/c genetic background.
