E14TG2a ES cells were targeted with a vector which 795bp of Dlgap1 genomic DNA (X70662625 to X70663420; Ensemble Build 68) with IRES-lacZ-neo cassette in exons 4 leading to a frameshift mutation between exon 4 and 5. |
| Phenotypic information | Mutant mice showed little overall behavioural difference from wildtypes, with three of 16 behaviour vari#2;ables significantly impacted by this mutation. In the rotarod task, one behavioural variable, RR learning, was significantly decreased in mutants. In the contextual memory task, two behavioural variables of two were significantly impacted in mutants. Elevated plus maze, open field/novel object exploration, fear learning and cued memory tasks were unaffected. |
