Information from provider

ProviderSylvie Gory-Fauré
Provider affiliationGrenoble Institut Neurosciences (GIN), Université Grenoble Alpes
Genetic informationA loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 1 (ENSMUSE00000268483; GRCm39, Map6d1-201). An FRT-flanked Neo cassette followed by a 3' loxP site was inserted downstream of exon 1. The neo cassette was removed by flp-mediated recombination using our flp deleter mouse line (MGI:2158498) and left exon 1 floxed. The floxed exon 1 was removed by cre-mediated recombination using our cre deleter mouse line (MGI:2177165). For additional information, please have a look at this report.
