Genetic informationA loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 2 (Atp6ap2-201, GRCm39). A second loxP site followed by a FRT-NeoR-loxP-FRT cassette was inserted upstream of exon 3; flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette and left exon 2 floxed.
