Genetic informationA loxP site was inserted upstream of exon 2 (Rab4b-201, GRCm39). An second loxP followed by a FRT-NeoR-loxP-FRT cassette was inserted downstream of exon 3; flp-mediated recombination removed the selection cassette and left exons 2-3 floxed.
