Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Provider affiliationCentre de Recherche en Transplantation et Immunologie (CRTI), Université de Nantes, Inserm UMR 1064,
Genetic informationA loxP site followed by a F3-HygroR-F3 cassette was inserted into Tmem176b-202 (GRCm39) intron 2. A FRT-NeoR-FRT cassette followed by a second loxP site was inserted into Tmem176a-201 intron 3. The two selection cassettes were removed by flp-mediated recombination using a C57BL/6N flpo deleter mouse line (MGI:5285396), which led to the conditional-ready allele for both Tmem176a and Tmem176b genes.
