Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

ProviderClaire Rougeulle
Provider affiliationUniversité Paris Cité, Bâtiment Lamarck, CNRS – Epigenetics and Cell Fate – UMR 7216
Genetic informationA loxP site and an F3 site-flanked hygromycin resistance gene cassette were inserted upstream of exon 1 (ENSMUSE00000779650). An FRT site-flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette and a second loxP site were inserted into intron 2 (downstream of exon ENSMUSE00000838436). The hygro and neo cassettes were removed through subsequent flp-mediated recombination, leaving a conditional-ready allele with 12.7 kb targeted region, including the Ftx promoter region and floxed exons 1-2.
