Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Provider affiliationICS, Institut Clinique de la Souris
Genetic informationThe following elements were inserted into intron 3 (Il36a-201, GCRm39): an FRT site, the En2 intron, sequence coding for F2A self-cleaving peptide, 3X SV40 NLS sequence, mScarlet reporter gene cDNA, SV40 poly(A) signal sequences, a loxP site, a neomycin resistance gene cassette, a second FRT site and a second loxP site. A third loxP site was inserted into intron 4. This is a knock-out allele that expresses the reporter gene. A conditional-ready allele, with floxed exon 4, can be created through subsequent flp-mediated removal of the selection and reporter cassettes.
