Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
With Rag2 knock-out homozygosity, all T cells must use the transgene-encoded HA-TCR (they are TCR monoclonal), thus no T cells with other TCRs are present. Mice will have no B cells due to Rag2 knock-out homozygosity.

Heterozygous:
With Rag2 knock-out heterozygosity, all T cells will have the transgene-encoded HA-TCR, but they may also rearrange the endogenous TCRa (sometimes also TCRb) loci and express these together with the transgenic HA-TCR. In both homo- and heterozygous mice the TCR transgene is expressed in T cells.
