Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

ProviderJurgen Roes
Provider affiliationWindeyer Institute of Medical Sciences, University College London
Genetic informationExon 3 of the TGF beta-receptor II (Tgfbr2) gene is flanked by loxP sites
Phenotypic informationThis stock carries a floxed TGF beta-receptor II gene and is without phenotype. Excision of the floxed region of the TGF beta-receptor II gene leads to several hyper-responsive anomalies in B-cell function which are accompanied by a virtually complete IgA deficiency. This stock may have a role in studies looking at B-cell homeostasis and antigen responsiveness.
