| Genetic information | The construct is a CMV-beta plasmid, with the beta-galactosidase replaced by HA-tagged murine MK5. We mutated this MK5 from Leu337 to Ala, this mutation renders the kinase constitutively active. |
| Phenotypic information | No major defects, a very low amount of mice had tumours (2 founder mice), and some mice had microbial infections (3 mice in same line but different generations). Whilst background breeding, mutated mice seemed more anxious compared to WT, a feature that disappeared the longer the background breeding lasted. |
