| Genetic information | Construct: a BamH1-BgII 2.2kb fragment of the human SAA2b gene (Woo et al., 1987), containing 2.3kb of 5' flanking sequence, all 4 exons and 1 kb of 3' sequence, was cloned into pBluescript. The fragment was then released from the plasmid by digestion with NotI and SaII and purified from agarose gel after electrophoresis before microinjection. |
