Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

ProviderPauline Soulas-Sprauel
Provider affiliationCRBS (Centre de Recherche en Biomédecine), Inserm UMR 1109 (Immuno-Rhumatologie Moléculaire, IRM)
Genetic informationFKBP11 LOW lentiviral transgenic mice have one copy of lentiviral integration with GFP reporter gene and display coexpression of GFP and FKBP11 thanks to a T2A sequence between GFP and FKBP11 sequences.
Phenotypic informationNormal development of mice. Increased number of follicular B cells in spleen. FKBP11 is overexpressed (qRT-PCR data) 9 times in bone marrow, 6 times in spleen, 6 times in sorted splenic B cells. However, GFP is not detectable by flow cytometry.
Breeding historyThe transgenic strain was produced on C57BL/6 background, and maintained on C57BL/6 background by backcrosses.
