Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

ProviderRosa Varona
Provider affiliationCentro Nacional de Biotecnologia (CNB-CSIC)
Genetic informationA neomycin resistance cassette replaced 508 bp preceding the ATG start site and the first 658 bp of the coding sequence. Absence of gene expression in homozygous mutant animals was confirmed by RT-PCR analysis of total thymus RNA. Mutant mice backcrossed to C57BL/6J more than 9 generations.
Phenotypic informationNormal phenotype
Breeding historyThe original mutant strain was backcrossed to C57BL/6J genetic background more than 9 generations.
