Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

ProviderAnders H. Lund
Provider affiliationLund Group, Biotech Research and Innovation Centre, University of Copenhagen
Genetic informationGeneration of Prdm11 Neo mice was done by gene targeting. 129 R1 ES cell clones containing a neomycin resistance coding sequence (neoR) flanked by frt sites integrated in intron1 and presenting loxP sites in intron 1 (before the cassette) and in intron 4, Prdm11 gene were generated. Chimeras were further characterized for germ-line transfer of the targeted allele, leading to Prdm11 neo/+ mice.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
none detected

Heterozygous:
none detected
Breeding historyOnly backcrosses with C57BL/6J.
