Alternative name | B6-Lpar1 tm1d(EUCOMM)Wtsi/Flmg |
Strain type | Targeted Mutant Strains : Knock-out |
Allele/Transgene symbol | Lpar1tm1d(EUCOMM)Wtsi |
Gene/Transgene symbol | Lpar1 |
Information from provider
Provider | Vassilis Aidinis |
Provider affiliation | BSRC Alexander Fleming |
Genetic information | This allele was derived from the B6-Lpar1tm1c(EUCOMM)Wtsi/Flmg line (EMMA strain EM:09947), by removing the loxP-flanked exon 3 (2nd coding exon; ENSMUSE00001261995) of Lpar1 via cre recombinase-mediated recombination. The resulting allele is a full knockout of Lpar1. The absence of exon 3 was confirmed by PCR. |
