| Genetic information | Sprague Dawley rat. Tandem duplications of Cbs gene using CRISPR/Cas9 engineering. We targeted an extend sequence of the gene locus from one allele and the CRISPR/Cas9 system allowed us to cut and transpose those sequences to the same locus on the second allele. We obtained this way tandem duplication of 37.2kb including Cbs gene. For the techniques used on all our rat models see PMID:28266534. |
