Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

Provider MRC, Medical Research Council
Provider affiliationMary Lyon Centre at MRC Harwell
Genetic informationClrn2 CRISPR/Cas9 flox project (Line 1) nominated by Mike Bowl/Lucy Dunbar. The aim of this project is to flox a critical exon using a lssDNA donor, but a null allele is also of interest. This has a 629 deletion encompassing ENSMUSE00000401986 replaced by an insertion of 5 nt together with an 8 nt at the 3' guide site.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous mice have hearing loss
Breeding historyMaintained on C57BL/6N
