| Genetic information | Alpha-MHC promoter was cloned upstream the Myc-tagged human melusin (integrin beta 1 binding protein 2, ITGB1BP2) cDNA followed by beta-globin intron and poly-A. The DNA construct was microinjected in FVB fertilized eggs and transgenic integration was confirmed by Southern blot. |
