| Genetic information | Humamice 1 line (EMMA strain ID EM:06326) + hSIRPA transgene (the endogenous mouse Sirpa gene has been replaced by the human SIRPA gene, the expression of hSIRPA is under the mSirpa promoter). 7 genetic modifications : 4 KO genes (RAG2, IAbeta, beta2m, IL2rg genes) + 3 transgenes (HLAA2, HLADRA-DRB1, hSIRPA). |
| Phenotypic information | Homozygous:Immunodeficient line.Heterozygous:Possibly immunodeficient line. |
| Breeding history | The Humamice 4 mice on the BALB/c background were transferred to the CNRS TAAM unit from the Sorbonne University MSU 028 unit in 2021. The line has been backcrossed at the TAAM with Humamice 1 strain (EM:06326) on the C57BL/6 background for at least 6 generations. This was followed by several generations of intercross: Humamice 1 hSirpa Tg x Humamice 1 hSirpa Tg. The Humamice 1 modifications have been established in homozygous form. The hSirpa modification has not been established in homozygous form. |
