Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

ProviderYu Chun Lone
Provider affiliationINSERM U1197
Genetic informationHumamice 1 line (EMMA strain ID EM:06326) + hSIRPA transgene (the endogenous mouse Sirpa gene has been replaced by the human SIRPA gene, the expression of hSIRPA is under the mSirpa promoter). 7 genetic modifications : 4 KO genes (RAG2, IAbeta, beta2m, IL2rg genes) + 3 transgenes (HLAA2, HLADRA-DRB1, hSIRPA).
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
Immunodeficient line.

Heterozygous:
Possibly immunodeficient line.
Breeding historyThe Humamice 4 mice on the BALB/c background were transferred to the CNRS TAAM unit from the Sorbonne University MSU 028 unit in 2021. The line has been backcrossed at the TAAM with Humamice 1 strain (EM:06326) on the C57BL/6 background for at least 6 generations. This was followed by several generations of intercross: Humamice 1 hSirpa Tg x Humamice 1 hSirpa Tg. The Humamice 1 modifications have been established in homozygous form. The hSirpa modification has not been established in homozygous form.

Availabilities

Requesting frozen sperm or embryos is generally advisable wherever possible, in order to minimise the shipment of live mice.

  • Frozen sperm. Delivered in 4 weeks (after paperwork in place). €1740*

Due to the dynamic nature of our processes strain availability may change at short notice. The local repository manager will advise you in these circumstances.

* In addition users have to cover all the shipping costs (including the cost for returning dry-shippers, where applicable).
