| Genetic information | The line was generated from the CEPD0033_2_A04 EUCOMMtools ES cell clone, which was validated by Southern blot. The following elements were inserted into intron 3: FRT site, En2 splice acceptor sequence, sequence coding for F2A self-cleaving peptide, EGFP reporter gene, sequence coding for T2A self-cleaving peptide, cre/ERT2 inducible recombinase gene, SV40 poly(A) signal sequence, Rox site-flanked puromycin resistance gene cassette, and a loxP site. A second loxP site was inserted into intron 4. This creates a reporter-recombinase knockout allele with a floxed exon 4. |
