Research Resource Identifiers (RRID) are persistent unique ID numbers assigned to help researchers cite key resources (e.g. antibodies, model organisms and software projects) in the biomedical literature to improve transparency and reproducibility in research. See https://www.rrids.org/ for more information.

Information from provider

ProviderJean-Charles Guéry
Provider affiliationHôpital Purpan, INFINITY - Institut Toulousain des Maladies Infectieuses et Inflammatoires, CHU de Toulouse
Genetic informationIRES sequence plus EYFP reporter and cre recombinase gene chimeric coding sequence were inserted after the stop codon in exon 3 (ENSMUSE00000690633), and an FRT site flanked neomycin resistance gene cassette site was inserted downstream of the gene. The neo cassette was removed through subsequent flp-mediated recombination.
