Information from provider

Provider ICS, Institut Clinique de la Souris
Provider affiliationICS, Institut Clinique de la Souris
Genetic informationWe used the EUCOMM ES clone EPD0453_1_B07 to to obtain mice carrying the Tmprss6tm1a(EUCOMM)Wtsi allele. The LacZ sequence and the NeoR cassette were removed through subsequent Flp-mediated recombination, leaving a conditional-ready allele with exon 3 (ENSMUSE00000230171) (GRCm39, Tmprss6-201) floxed.
