Genetic information	Overexpression of interleukin 1 receptor-like 1 (Il1rl1 or T1/ST2) protein under liver-specific SERPINA1 (a1-antitrypsin) promoter. This strain was generated in the attempt to scavenge the putative T1 ligand and thereby prevent its interaction with the T1/ST2 receptor on mast and Th2 cells.
Phenotypic information	The Il1rl1 (or T1/ST2) receptor is expressed on mast and Th2 cells; both cell types show no defect so far. Further studies using different infectious models are ongoing.
