Phenotypic information | Genetic data indicate that this mutation resulted in greatly reduced viability of the homozygous mutants. All of the homozygous mutant mice died by 3 weeks of age. No notable phenotype was observed for the heterozygous mice. Disruption of the target gene was confirmed by Southern hybridization analysis. |
