Phenotypic informationIn neurological analysis, the homozygous mutant mice exhibited decreases in exploratory and locomotor activity. A decreased sensitivity to pain was also noted in these mutants. RT-PCR analysis revealed that the transcript was absent in the homozygous mutant mice.

Requesting frozen sperm or embryos is generally advisable wherever possible, in order to minimise the shipment of live mice.

  • Frozen embryos. Delivered in 4 weeks (after paperwork in place). €1740*
