Information from provider
Provider | Lexicon Genetics, Inc. |
Provider affiliation | Lexicon Pharmaceuticals |
Phenotypic information | The homozygous mutant mice exhibited an increased mean percentage of CD8 cells and a decreased mean percentage of B cells in the peripheral blood when compared with their wild-type littermates and the historical means. The mutants also exhibited decreased exploratory activity during open field activity testing. |
Breeding history | It seems the homozygous females are not very fertile and the best procedure is to cross homozygous males with heterozygous females. |
