| Phenotypic information | Lethality: Some N0F2 mice did not survive to weaning age. Home cage observations: Movement: lack of coordination and hypoactivity, 34-54 day homozygous mice. Physical examination: Thin body habitus, hyperactive, ataxic, and/or abnormal gait in a 49 day homozygous mutant female and male, may have been related to genotype. Hunched body shape in two 300 day homozygous mutant females, may have been related to genotype. There were no significant differences detected in heterozygous mutant mice when compared with age- and gender-matched wild-type control mice. |
