Information from provider

ProviderCornelius Gross
Provider affiliationMouse Biology Unit, European Molecular Biology Laboratory
Genetic informationProximal loxP site was targeted by MICER clone MHPP188d21 located at 35.3 Mb upstream of Nfkbil1 gene, distal MICER clone is MHPN390j16 and located at 37.25 Mb downstream of the Olfr91. Embryonic stem cells that were double-targeted in trans were subjected to transient Cre expression and underwent recombination to produce a reciprocal duplication of the Nfkbil1-Olfr91 interval. Dp17(MHC-1) is encompassing 1.9 Mb of MHC classical class I (Nfkbil1-Olfr91) region on mouse chromosome 17 and is syntenic to human chromosome 6p22.1 and 6p21.33 interval.
Phenotypic informationNone
Breeding historyES cells were injected into C57BL/6 blastocysts. Male chimerae were crossed to C57BL/6J mice for six generations.
