Information from provider

ProviderRobert Eferl
Provider affiliationInstitute for Cancer Research (ICR), Medical University Vienna (MUV)
Additional ownerProf. Thomas Ruelicke, Vetmeduni Vienna, Vienna, Austria
Genetic informationTransgenic line produced by pronucleus injection of a BAC transgene
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
The mice have no phenotype because there is no transgene expression per se. Three oncogenic H-RasV12 effector mutants are expressed in a stochastic manner when cre recombinase is induced. This will cause oncogenic transformation of cre-expressing cells and tumor formation.

Heterozygous:
no phenotype
Breeding historyTransgenic line was intercrossed several times and then backcrossed for 6 generations into C57BL/6J.
