In vivo CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing 2021
7 - 8 October 2021 virtual course organiser: PHENOMIN-ICS, Strasbourg
This training aims to provide a general framework to get scientists started using CRISPR-Cas9 for in vivo gene editing in rodents.
The course is open to graduate students (PhD), post-doctoral scientists, researchers and engineers. Attendees should have the basic knowledge in genetics and molecular biology to understand the training content.
Objectives
- Learn more about gene editing and how it works
- Hear about current advances on many technical aspects
- Optimize the RNA guide design to the genotyping analysis (bioinformatics workshop)
- Highlight crucial issue in your own scientific project.
COVID-19 situation:
Due to the pandemic, this course will be held online in 2021.
