Provider affiliationBSRC Alexander Fleming
Genetic informationThe transgene contains the mouse Ttr promoter, expressing the human SMYD3 gene. Three hemagglutinin (HA) tags and three FLAG tags were inserted at the C- and N-terminus of the SMYD3 gene respectively. Hepatic expression of this transgene is at least 15-fold above endogenous levels.
Phenotypic informationHomozygous:
Mice are phenotypically normal and viable. Livers are visibly and microscopically normal. In some rare cases, livers of aged mice are pale in color and when examined histologically fatty liver features are observed.

Heterozygous:
Same as homozygous.
