Genetic informationMurine Trib1 complementary DNA was introduced into the previously described pROSA26, loxP-flanked STOP and Frt-flanked internal ribosomal entry site–eGFP targeting construct and then inserted into the ubiquitously expressed Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus of Bruce 4 (B6.Cg-Thy1a origin) mouse ES cells by homologous recombination; correct integration was confirmed by Southern blotting. The cre recombinase-mediated excision of the STOP cassette produces a bicistronic Trib1-eGFP transcript. The presently submitted strain results from further crossing to a Lyz2-cre recombinase-deleter strain, and it still carries the Lyz2-cre deleter construct, so that the re-animated line can be effectively used for het-het breeding to generate experimental and control littermates.

Order

Availabilities

Requesting frozen sperm or embryos is generally advisable wherever possible, in order to minimise the shipment of live mice.

Due to the dynamic nature of our processes strain availability may change at short notice. The local repository manager will advise you in these circumstances.

* In addition users have to cover all the shipping costs (including the cost for returning dry-shippers, where applicable).
